Your email, explained.

Updated September 10, 2026.

What the signup form collects

Your email address, the form you used, and any campaign source in the page link. Subscription records include signup, confirmation, and unsubscribe dates. Hosting services may also keep operational request logs.

What it is used for

Sending the confirmation email and the newsletter you request, managing delivery, honoring unsubscribe choices, and understanding which signup links bring readers. You become an active subscriber only after confirming your email.

Services that help deliver it

DenverSpark uses Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting, Neon or Cloudflare D1 for subscription records, and Resend for email delivery. These services process information needed to operate the site and newsletter.

Leaving the list

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future newsletter sends; a record can remain so your choice is remembered. To ask about your information or request deletion, contact [email protected].

Links to local places and events
